I have just attended my 3rd TRX suspension training 8 hour session June 8th, 2015 with one of the company’s Master Trainers. I am a qualified TRX fitness trainer.
I also use free weights if that is a choice of exercise as well as other exercise equipment in addition to the TRX suspension training system.
